Hi, I’m Mike.

I’m on a sidequest to see if Heineken will hire me as Dos Equis’s next Most Interesting Man in the World.

Most of what you see here came out of experimenting with a tool or technology. Most of it doesn’t have much of a purpose. Most of it’s fun. Some of it may be a little dystopian.

I was born and raised in Houston and earned a BA from Rice University. I’ve spent most of my adult life traveling, though I’ve slowed down a little.

I’m in Argentina a lot. I’m also in Barcelona and London about once a quarter. I still get to new places in between, and I still spend a fair amount of time with family in Houston and at the office in Lincoln. All of this is subject to my whims.

I also cycle a lot.
