Recipe
Ingredients:
4 sausages
4 rashers of bacon
2 black puddings
2 white puddings
2 slices of soda bread
2 potato farls
2 eggs
2 tomatoes
1 can of baked beans
Vegetable oil for frying
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Heat a large frying pan over medium heat and add a little vegetable oil.
Add the sausages and bacon to the pan and cook until they are browned and cooked through.
Add the black and white puddings to the pan and cook until they are heated through.
In a separate pan, fry the soda bread and potato farls until they are golden brown.
In the same pan, fry the eggs to your liking.
Halve the tomatoes and add them to the pan, cooking until they are heated through.
Heat the baked beans in a small saucepan over low heat.
Once everything is cooked, arrange it all on a large plate and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot and enjoy your Ulster Fry.
