Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound of fresh fish fillets

  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh ginger

  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chili peppers

  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Rinse the fish fillets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

  2. Cut the fish into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large bowl.

  3. Pour the lemon juice over the fish, making sure all the pieces are covered. Let the fish marinate in the lemon juice for about 15 minutes.

  4. While the fish is marinating, combine the soy sauce, chopped green onions, cilantro, ginger, garlic, and chili peppers in a separate bowl.

  5. After the fish has marinated, drain off the lemon juice and add the soy sauce mixture to the fish. Stir well to ensure all the pieces are coated.

  6. Season with salt to taste.

  7. Let the fish sit in the marinade for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
