Ingredients:
1 slice of dense, dark rye bread
Butter
2 slices of roast beef
1 tablespoon remoulade
1 tablespoon crispy fried onions
1 tablespoon pickled cucumber slices
Freshly ground pepper
Instructions:
Spread a thin layer of butter on the rye bread.
Layer the roast beef slices on top of the butter.
Spread remoulade on top of the roast beef.
Sprinkle the crispy fried onions on top of the remoulade.
Arrange the pickled cucumber slices on top of the onions.
Finish with a sprinkle of freshly ground pepper.
