Recipe
Ingredients:
500g of lamb
3 potatoes
2 carrots
2 onions
1 bell pepper
3 tomatoes
1 bunch of fresh herbs (parsley, dill, cilantro)
3-4 cloves of garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
2 liters of water
Instructions:
Cut the lamb into small pieces and put them in a large pot. Add water and bring it to a boil. Skim off any foam that appears.
Peel and chop the potatoes, carrots, and onions. Add them to the pot.
Cut the bell pepper into small pieces and add it to the pot.
Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and add them to the pot.
Season the soup with salt and pepper.
Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and let the soup simmer for about 2 hours.
Finely chop the fresh herbs and garlic and add them to the soup. Let it simmer for another 10 minutes.
Serve the Shurpa hot.
