Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 500g beef

  • 500g pork

  • 2 onions

  • 3 cloves of garlic

  • 1 teaspoon of ginger

  • 1 bunch of spinach

  • 1 bunch of mustard greens

  • 1 bunch of watercress

  • 2 tablespoons of oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions:

  1. Cut the beef and pork into pieces, then season them with salt and pepper.

  2. Heat the oil in a pan and add the pieces of meat. Cook them until they are browned.

  3. While the meat is cooking, chop the onions, garlic, and ginger finely.

  4. Add the chopped ingredients to the pan and cook until they are soft.

  5. Wash the spinach, mustard greens, and watercress thoroughly, then chop them coarsely.

  6. Add the chopped greens to the pan and stir well.

  7. Cover the pan and let the mixture simmer for about 30 minutes, or until the meat is tender and the greens are cooked.

  8. Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.

  9. Serve the romazava hot, with rice on the side if desired.
