Qofte is a traditional dish from the Balkan region, particularly popular in Albania. It consists of ground meat, typically beef, lamb, or pork, mixed with various spices and sometimes onions or garlic. The mixture is shaped into small patties or balls and then grilled or fried. Qofte is often served with bread, salad, or yogurt.
