Poutine is a popular Canadian dish originating from the province of Quebec. It consists of French fries and cheese curds topped with a brown gravy. Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups of french fries

  • 2 cups of cheese curds

  • 2 cups of brown gravy


Instructions:

  1. Cook the french fries according to the package instructions until they are crispy.

  2. While the fries are cooking, heat the gravy in a saucepan over medium heat.

  3. Once the fries are cooked, distribute them evenly among four plates.

  4. Sprinkle half of the cheese curds over the hot fries.

  5. Pour the hot gravy over the fries and cheese curds.

  6. Sprinkle the remaining cheese curds on top.

  7. Serve immediately while the dish is still warm.
