Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pound fresh tuna or mahi-mahi
1 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
1 cup coconut milk
1 cucumber, peeled and diced
1 large tomato, diced
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
1 carrot, grated
Salt to taste
1 bunch fresh coriander, chopped
Instructions:
Cut the fish into small cubes and place in a bowl.
Pour the lime juice over the fish, ensuring all pieces are covered. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, drain the lime juice from the fish.
Add the coconut milk, cucumber, tomato, red onion, carrot, and salt to the bowl. Mix well.
Garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
