muriwo-unedovi
Next Dish: Hallacas
Muriwo Unedovi is a traditional Zimbabwean dish primarily made from peanut butter and leafy green vegetables, often collard greens or kale. The name translates to "vegetables with peanut butter" in Shona, one of the native languages of Zimbabwe. This dish is typically served as a side with Sadza, a staple food made from cornmeal. The rich, nutty flavor of the peanut butter complements the bitterness of the greens, making Muriwo Unedovi a beloved part of Zimbabwean cuisine.
