Next Dish: Tinkhobe

Mititei, also known as mici, is a traditional Romanian dish primarily made from ground meat such as beef, pork, or mutton, mixed with garlic, black pepper, and other spices. It is typically hand-shaped into cylindrical forms, then grilled. The dish is often served with bread and mustard, and is a popular fast food option in Romania. The name "Mititei" translates to "small ones" in English.
