Recipe
Ingredients:
1 kg of beef or lamb
3 large onions
5 large potatoes
4 cloves of garlic
1 bunch of fresh herbs (parsley, dill, cilantro)
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
Instructions:
Cut the meat into small pieces and put it in a large pan.
Add the chopped onions and garlic to the pan and cook until they are golden brown.
Add the chopped potatoes to the pan and stir well.
Season with salt and pepper and mix everything together.
Cover the pan and let it cook on a low heat for about 2 hours.
Chop the fresh herbs and add them to the pan.
Stir everything together and let it cook for another 10 minutes.
Serve the kuurdak hot.
