Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams ground beef

  • 1 large onion, grated

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 egg

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin

  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, grated onion, minced garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, cumin, coriander, black pepper, and salt. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.

  2. Shape the mixture into small, oval patties. Each patty should be about the size of a small egg.

  3. Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.

  4. Add the patties to the pan and cook for about 5 minutes on each side, or until they are browned and cooked through.

  5. Remove the patties from the pan and drain on paper towels.

  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
