kissar
Next Dish: Kisra
Kissar is a traditional Sudanese dish primarily composed of a type of bread or pancake made from fermented sorghum. It is typically served with a variety of stews and sauces, often including meat, vegetables, and spices. The bread is usually thin and soft, similar to a crepe, and is used as an edible utensil to scoop up the accompanying dishes. It is a staple food in Sudan and is often eaten for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
