Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg beef

  • 3 tomatoes

  • 2 onions

  • 4 cloves of garlic

  • 1 piece of ginger

  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric

  • Salt to taste

  • 2 tablespoons of oil

  • 1 liter of water


Instructions:

  1. Cut the beef into small pieces.

  2. Peel and chop the onions, garlic, and ginger.

  3. Heat the oil in a pan and add the chopped onions, garlic, and ginger.

  4. When the onions become translucent, add the beef to the pan.

  5. Cook the beef until it becomes brown.

  6. Add the tomatoes, turmeric, and salt to the pan and stir well.

  7. Pour the water into the pan and let it simmer for about an hour until the beef becomes tender.

  8. Serve the Hen'omby with rice or bread.
