Next Dish: Khao Niew
Gromperekichelcher is a traditional Luxembourgish dish typically made from grated potatoes, onions, parsley, and sometimes bacon. The ingredients are mixed together, seasoned, and then shaped into small patties before being fried until golden brown. These potato pancakes are typically served hot and are a popular street food in Luxembourg, especially during the Christmas market season. The name "Gromperekichelcher" literally translates to "potato cakes" in English.
