Ingredients:
1 whole fish (such as sea bass, red snapper, or branzino), scaled and gutted

Instructions:
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Rinse the fish inside and out, and pat it dry with paper towels.
Brush the fish all over with olive oil, and season it inside and out with salt and pepper.
Stuff the cavity of the fish with lemon slices and fresh herbs.
Oil the grill grates, then place the fish on the grill.
Cook the fish for about 10 minutes per inch of thickness, flipping it once halfway through cooking.
The fish is done when it's opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
