Ingredients:
2 cups of cassava flour
1 cup of warm water
1 teaspoon of salt
Banana leaves for wrapping
Instructions:

Gradually add warm water to the flour while stirring continuously until a dough-like consistency is formed.
Knead the dough for about 10-15 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
Divide the dough into small portions and shape each portion into a cylindrical form.
Wrap each cylinder with banana leaves and secure with a string.
Place the wrapped dough into a steamer and steam for about 1 hour until they become firm.
Remove from the steamer and let them cool before serving.
