chapli-kebab

Next Dish: Doro Wat

Chapli Kebab is a traditional dish originating from the Pashtun-inhabited areas of Pakistan. It is a type of kebab, typically made from ground beef or mutton with various spices in the shape of a patty. The dish gets its name from the Pashto word "chaprikh", meaning "flat" - alluding to the kebab's flat, round shape. It is commonly served with naan, rice, or in a bun with chutney and salad.
