Next Dish: Bariis Iskukaris

Cassava Pudding is a traditional dessert in many parts of the world, particularly in South America, Africa, and Southeast Asia. It is made from the root vegetable cassava, also known as yuca or manioc, which is grated and combined with ingredients such as sugar, coconut milk, and eggs. The mixture is then typically baked until it becomes firm and develops a golden crust. The result is a sweet, starchy pudding with a unique texture and flavor.
