cassava-fufu
Next Dish: Piadina
Cassava Fufu is a traditional African dish made from fermented and sieved cassava. It is a staple food in many African countries including Nigeria, Ghana, and Cameroon. The dish is prepared by pounding the cassava in a mortar until it becomes a soft and stretchy dough, which is then served with a variety of soups or stews. It is known for its slightly sour taste, which is a result of the fermentation process.
