Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 large potatoes

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • 1 small onion

  • 2 eggs

  • 4 tablespoons of flour

  • Salt to taste

  • Pepper to taste

  • Marjoram to taste

  • Caraway seeds to taste

  • Oil for frying


Instructions:

  1. Peel and grate the potatoes, onion, and garlic into a large bowl.

  2. Add the eggs, flour, salt, pepper, marjoram, and caraway seeds to the bowl and mix well.

  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

  4. Take a handful of the potato mixture and flatten it into a pancake shape then place it in the hot oil.

  5. Fry the pancake on both sides until golden brown.

  6. Repeat with the remaining potato mixture.

  7. Place the cooked pancakes on a paper towel to drain the excess oil.

  8. Serve hot.
