Recipe
Ingredients:
4 large potatoes
2 cloves of garlic
1 small onion
2 eggs
4 tablespoons of flour
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Marjoram to taste
Caraway seeds to taste
Oil for frying
Instructions:
Peel and grate the potatoes, onion, and garlic into a large bowl.
Add the eggs, flour, salt, pepper, marjoram, and caraway seeds to the bowl and mix well.
Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Take a handful of the potato mixture and flatten it into a pancake shape then place it in the hot oil.
Fry the pancake on both sides until golden brown.
Repeat with the remaining potato mixture.
Place the cooked pancakes on a paper towel to drain the excess oil.
Serve hot.
